As winter settles across the Appalachian Mountains, many families are facing freezing temperatures without the basic necessities to stay warm. Homes with little or no heat. Children without winter coats. Individuals sleeping in the cold with nowhere to turn.

Through this campaign, Anchor Ridge is providing:

  • Warm winter coats, hats, gloves, and blankets for children, families, and the homeless

  • Emergency heating assistance for households with little or no heat

  • Cold-weather outreach to rural and underserved Appalachian communities
